• Service may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures)

• Company not responsible for any pre-existing roof or siding damage or leaks

• Moss elimination process may take 2-4 months to reach roots. Depending on weather conditions, organic buildup may clog gutters or downspouts

• Homeowner is responsible for regular roof maintenance following treatment, or can sign up for a reduced yearly treatment contract.
